iPhone Apps – The ultimate in cool factor, we have been rolling out custom built iCPS Tee Time Reservation apps via the App Store. This is Your App for Your Facility.  Not a reserve time app that forces you to compete with every other course in the world.

iStock App – This is new device that turns your iPod touch into a Physical Inventory Scanner.  This replaces the old bulky scanners for counting physical inventory.  Supports Single and Dual Prompt Mode. 

Hand-Held Upgrade – Many changes to the table side hand-held POS to make it easier and more stable.

New Range Servant interface.  Works via RFID card or Bar Code.  This is a new 100% integration between the new Range Servant Ball Dispenser and the POS Express POS.  Sell Range Cards or Buckets from the POS or a Stand-Alone Kiosk.  As the balls are dispensed at the machine, the POS is automatically updated to debit the Range Card or redeem the bucket.  This new partnership with Range Servant will be displayed in both the CPS and Range Servant booths.

F&B Upgrade – We overhauled the F&B application.  From Quick Service to Fine Dining new features include:

1.   Customer Order History

2.   Transferred Check Tracking

3.   Default Sales View

4.   Order Number and Tab Barcode on Receipt

5.   To-Go button to expedite Take-Out orders

6.   ‘86’ List

7.   Ability to add scroll bars to Quick Sale for more keys per page

Kiosks – Several new Self-Service Kiosks for your customers:

1.   Data Collect – Collect Email and Demographics from your customer by offering an incentive (ie, “Touch here to get a free cart on your next round of golf!”)

2.   Golf & Range Kiosk – Purchase a Bucket of Balls or a Range Card Here.  (Credit Card only and requires new Range Servant Interface for Range Card feature).

3.   F&B Kiosk – Allows customer to order their own F&B and ‘Have it Their Way’.  Similar to what you see in many convenience stores these days.  Great for the snack bar or half-way house.

Credit Card Interfaces – We will have 4 Credit Card Interface options available for 2011 including a new option that keeps you out of PCI Scope all together. 

Signature Capture – Used in conjunction with select Credit Card Interfaces we can capture the customer’s signature and even record duel sales with one swipe.  So if you are collecting money on behalf of the club for Carts and Green Fees, and the Shop for your Merchandise, you do not have to run 2 separate transactions or co-mingle funds in the same account.

Lesson Book – One Teaching Pro or Many, Individual and Group Lessons, Schedule Lessons and track student progress.  Integrates with the POS for easy Check-In.

Web Store Upgrade – Significant changes to the web store to give you more control of the look and feel.

Customer Portal – a Newly designed customer portal with Tips, How-To’s, Videos, Software Change Log, and more.
