Our good friend, Head Professional Ned Weaver from New Castle Country Club, and his Assistant Pro, Craig Weis, took 2nd place in the Tri State PGA Section - Head Pro/Assistant Pro Championship presented by Club Prophet Systems. Ned and Craig shot a smooth 67. Way Cool! While chatting with Ned at the scoreboard, he mentioned "I love your stuff, but I know that I only use a small portion of what is there." So this week I opened up the PSK application and looked for something I never use.

Didn't take me long to find a great feature in the inventory module that I will share with you. "Products by Supplier".

The most common view of inventory is the Products view. There is a scientific reason for this - it is because that is what the inventory screen opens up to by default. The Products view shows all products sorted by Product Code and looks like this:

Couple small tips here:
1. You can Filter this list down to a given Supplier and/or Category by selecting those items from the circled drop-down boxes below.
2. You can also change the sort order between Code and Description by clicking on the column headers circled below.
3. Click the box a second time and you will change the order from ascending to descending and vice versa.

Select any given inventory item and you can see the Product Details for that one item (big circle below).

Now let's take a look at Calloway products using the Products By Supplier view. Click on the Products by Supplier button in the top of the inventory screen as circled below. Now you select through each Category from the drop down box in the middle right of the screen and see the details of several Products at once -- handy when you are working on inventory or ordering from one given supplier. You can change item details here the same as you would in the default Products view.
