Our Golf Point of Sale (POS) integrates all of your transactions in real time: sales, inventory, customer management, reporting, security, and more. Our POS is designed specifically to meet the needs of everyone from the smallest "mom & pop" shop to elite resorts and PGA tour stops.

Sales

Customize an unlimited number of “Quick Sale” keys for each of your point-of-sale terminals. Every item can be sold using a touch screen, scanning a barcode, or typing in the product code or description. Each sale can be tied to an account for customer billing and sales history tracking, making support sales analytics and target marketing a breeze.

Inventory updates in real time. You can open and save tabs and even generate rain checks prorated by the number of holes played and assigned a monetary value.

CPS Air

A 100% mobile iOS application that can extend anywhere a WiFi or cellular connection is available, CPS Air is perfect for beverage carts, sales tents, special events, and even off-site retail shows.

Credit Cards and Gift Cards

Club Prophet is PA-DSS validated with the PCI organization. Integrated payment transactions are fast, using EMV, NFC (ApplePay and Google Pay), card-on-file, tokenization and more. Powered by our best-in-class card processing platform called Prophet Pay, we have an in-house credit card expert to help you evaluate the best options for merchant services. With Club Prophet Gift Cards, there are no per-transaction fees.We can even supply physical, branded cards for your business.

Inventory Control

Our integrated inventory module supports unlimited suppliers and products. Features include tier and seasonal pricing, purchase orders, real-time updates of inventory, and a physical inventory wizard. Bar code scanning and price tag printing allows you to set your own product code or use the product’s existing UPC code.

Customer Management

The customer management module can handle membership dues, season pass holders, loyalty programs, credit books, prepaid programs, smart card tracking, dependents, recurring charges, customer photos, and much more. Use customer data to inform your business decisions and strategies. It’s a complete professional billing system, as well as an intelligent marketing tool to grow your business.
